- Playing with a pet
- Working on a craft or hobby
- Redecorating the home
Redecorate? Did they say redecorate?! Of course that caught my attention. I am forever changing things in our house, sometimes over the loud protests of my husband who might live happily ever after if we never did a thing. But now I have a practical explanation for my delight in painting the walls, re-tiling the bathroom floor, changing countertops, or adding a new deck. I’m repelling the gray-day blues, and it works every time.
